Made a appt with my favorite tech, Janae, and had a marvelous time! She's honest, is good at helping me cut down from twelve pair of glasses to just six!! (Just six?!) J will tell you "ehhh, not so much" and you move on. I pray she works there as long as I have to make those choices. And prices are so reasonable. I won't go anywhere else

I can’t say enough positive things about Janae!! She is like a glasses pro!! My daughter and I had been looking and not finding anything that was “cool”. Janae asked three questions went right to a pair of glasses that she knew would fit what my daughter just had to have and like magic we were on our way!

I purchased glasses from Eye-Site almost 8 months ago. Since then I have moved over 5 hours away from Sioux Falls. While cleaning my lenses (I guess maybe I was a little too aggressive), the thin metal bridge connecting the lenses suddenly snapped in half. Because of the frames being made out of a titanium flex hybrid metal I was unable to locate anyone locally that could repair the bridge, even a jewelry repair shop couldn't weld this metal. I reached out to Eye-Site and explained my situation. I worked with a wonderful lady named Tabitha. I can't begin to say enough about how kind Tabitha was. Unfortunately, they no longer carried that particular brand of frames. Tabitha put untold hours into locating a similar size and style of frame, trying to find something that was as close to my original frame as possible. Once she had secured a replacement frame, she had completely new lenses manufactured and shipped the new eyeglasses to my home. The only cost to me was a measly $15 to cover shipping. Considering a new pair can easily cost several hundred dollars, Tabitha saved the day. I even like the new frames better than the old ones. Lot's of places can provide an eye exam and sell you a pair of glasses. But I never expected someone to bend over backwards like this to help a customer so far away. Customer care like this just doesn't seem to exist anymore. I highly advise checking out Eye-Site for all your vision needs, now and in the future!

I have been coming to Eye - Site for years and they have been great to work with. Front staff is super helpful with my scheduling needs. They are also very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kollis-Young takes here time with my eye exam and explains what she is doing and why. She is always willing to take the time to answer my questions on changes and concerns with my eyes. I was assisted by Kelli today in choosing new glasses. She was very helpful and I appreciated her honesty. She knew the inventory and listened to my ideas and was able to choose options for me. I loved that she could look at the option and know if color, size or shape suited me. We easily eliminated styles and I was able to feel confident with the choice.
